Work Out

Lovely morning so we decided to go for a walk, and see what has been done in the Niers Park. New Bridge is finished and the fence is gone, so we can now access the "Pensioners Playpark", went on all the machines, here is L on machine number 5, you Twist round and back, good for shoulders, waist etc.  then we crossed the new Bridge and looked at the new Niers Arm, which is the river back in the bed it had over a hundred years ago. Looks very nice..Bends now, not arrow straight.. Back Home for a coffee and sit on the Balcony in the sun.....
