Winter fruit

Went apple picking this morning, want to lay some down for winter, as we have a cool, dark ,cellar. This is one tree from about 200, all loaded, going to be harvested for apple Juice. At 50Cents a Kilo, a real bargain. We got 6 Kilos in about 5 minutes. Really tasty, some flecky ones but the trees aren't sprayed, so must expect some not perfect.
