A Super Saturday

It started with an open house at the gardens where Shelley's (Naturelover) daughter used to work...Applewood in Flint, Michigan.

Horses to see, small projects to do, hills to roll down, apples to taste, and frogs to climb. It made me tired just to watch.

Next, was a city sponsored event where there where vehicles of all sorts, along with 6 bounce houses. Fire trucks, police cars and motorcycles, diggers, school buses, army trucks, street sweepers, and even a police helicopter. We were in big tire heaven.

To top it all off, we came home with free apples and small pumpkins, and Merrick and I are watching the end of Toy Story 2.

Plus, Merrick and Grandma just frosted cupcakes, so we're going to have a little snack.
