Red Squirrels

The sun is shining again and we've spent most of the day in the National Trust Nature reserve just round the corner from our caravan site at Formby.  The highlight was the Squirrel Walk where we did manage to see some Red ones,  up high and chattering to each other in the Pine Trees and then a couple right in front of us on the ground. Lovely to see although none of my shots were much good.  The rest of the walk around the Reserve took in more of the beach and then back into the pine woods with lots of interesting local history along the way.
