This is my new toy. Fitbit HR fitness tracker. I have worn it for exactly a week. During this time I have:
Taken 108,862 steps
Walked/ Run for 88.71 km
Burned 23,459 kcals
Climbed 234 flights of steps
Recorded a resting heartbeat of 56 bpm
Hit a maximum heartbeat of 157
Slept badly - 25 hrs and 44 minutes (average a mere 3hrs 40 minutes quality sleep per night!)
