Breakfast...!

It was a misty morning in Oxford, so before I started my drive home I popped into the University Parks with my camera. This little chap (or chappess?) was making short work of his/her breakfast which seemed to consist of a conker shell.

I've added a couple of extras - one being another fungus (I seem to be hunting them out at the moment!) and the other being a misty view along the Cherwell River. It seemed to look better in mono.

Sorry that it's been too hectic a weekend for me to comment very much - hopefully "normal service" will be resumed tomorrow...at least I think I've finished driving vans with offsprings' belongings round the country for a while anyway!!   :)
