Essex to Ely

Our day started at 5.30 and we were busy baking by 6.00. Not normal behaviour for most humans on a Saturday morning, but it is what it is. By 10.30 is was time for a second breakfast so we hot-footed it to the shop for pastries.

The Birds and The Ortons arrived and we headed off to visit castle ruins and sit in the sunshine and pick blackberries.

Sadly, Rob and I left this evening without any sign of labour. I did feel the baby move though which was ultra super cool. We left the utterly delightful parents-to-be with a few names to consider. Can't wait to meet little Fidel Forest Fleming. This kid is going to have the best parents ever, lucky little human.
