Landing

D has returned from Ethiopia to a house with no children. It's just him and me now..We are having to get used to a different way of life. I have to learn to cook for two instead of an army ;-) He has to learn to slow down and enjoy his retirement...
This afternoon we cycled into town to see the new exhibition at Gracefield, "In Land". This part was about drovers and the way that people used to walk at the same pace as their animals. 
The traffic in town was going at the same pace as an ambling cow (or slower) since the bypass was closed for resurfacing..
We picked a load of brambles on the way home and are just about to eat them for our tea.
Starting as we mean to go on.
