Fair exchange

Expert empire-biscuit-and-pie-maker Drummond came to pick the rhubarb in the garden, so he and Anne brought me this simple little posy of flowers from their garden and  two freshly-baked empire biscuits in exchange. Fair enough. I was delighted.

However, I got more than I bargained for. While we were busy nattering over coffee, Bitsy had been exploring and had peed on the carpet coir matting in P's ('scuse the pun) sitting-room. Naughty Bitsy!

I hope I've done enough to eliminate any stain and/or smell, but only time will tell...
