Inspiration

Sam's interest in food and cooking has most certainly come from his father.  Martin arrived home today (a day) earlier than expected and rustled up this delicious chicken/prawn Thai curry....like you do.  

He's generally away all week and by Thursday...it would have been frozen pizzas if left to me.

We both grew up in homes where cooking skills were basic, and convenience food was all the rage.  Martin  bucked the trend. x
