Comfort food

Sam came home from school today, we talked baking - he did his paper round in the pouring rain, bought missing baking items, showered, got into his PJ's and got down to it.

We now have a a mountain of gingerbread biscuits covered in melted chocolate!  Yum.

I'm anticipating they will last...in this house - um - 2 days!?
