Napier 1912

A long drove from Dover to Edinburgh with a detour up the old A7 through the Borders. We arrived at the new flat fairly exasperated. But all went well and we had a nice tea with Terry.

At South Mimms services we saw this 1912 Napier (it said so on the back).  The sun shone most of the way once we broke through the rain at the Dartford Crossing. The Howgill Fells looked splendid and we thought of Lynfott as we passed the turning for Morecombe. On Friday we head out to the Isle of Mull and an SC cottage run by Blipfoto star Treshnish.
