Tide's in Exmouth quayside

I visited the area early this morning with a friend hoping to beat the rain, which we did.  This photo was taken on the old quayside along the River Exe where small businesses built and repaired boats.  Only one seems to be active now although in a very limited capacity.  This is the first time I have visited the area with the tide in, usually the boats are all stranded on the sand.
