Harvest sunset
After a fairly tough and busy week, it was good to go and visit our friends at Old Leake. Ross and I walked out to the marsh and sat on the sea bank. The air was clear and you could see the coast of Norfolk quite clearly - the only negative was the intense smell of slurry we'd had to endure while walking to our spot!
After dinner Alex, Ben and Charley went into Boston to meet up with friends, and Ross and I walked down the lane to enjoy the sunset. I wasn't sure which image to post, but this one shows the sun lighting up the clouds of dust produced by the combine harvester, which was working well into dusk. The rays (see extra) were also rather special, but perhaps less unique.
