Dentist.

Alex has G.A.D
its basically real life worries on speed..
Worries that you cant switch off, ones that to most arent really worrying but to Alex~ they are immense!
Today was a BIG day..i knew it was worrying him as he didnt get up..well until about 5 mins before we had to leave the house!
I used to think G.A.D *Generalised Anxiety Disorder was just him being rebellious, lazy and half arsed..
now i can see it really isnt~but then we didnt know what it was..nor did he..

Today I got Alex into the dentists chair..

He said he felt like he wanted to walk out!I went in before him, and was surprised he was still there when i came out.
he drinks water to take his mind off the fact he doesnt want to be in the situation that hes in.. his coping mechanism has gone haywire..
its soo sad..
i just hope the NHS people ~now they know what it actually is thats making him like this~ can help him too.

Thankfully..Our teeths are fine..
And Alex has ticked a very LONG awaited dentist visit..
