Up the wall

I'm so tired.. Going to crawl under a duvet for some sleep soon. I did sleep on the overnight bus but it's never as good as a night in a proper bed, being woken up every few hours when the bus arrives somewhere and all the lights go on.
But here we are, in the middle of London, in the shadow of the Shard, and we have been out to Argos in Cheapside to buy bedding and been to choral evensong at Southwark Cathedral where we saw the Bishop in his gold mitre and been out for a meal at the Slug and Lettuce because we suddenly realised that we hadn't eaten all day and now it's time for a rest...

This is a wonderful sculpture above the Hiba Lebanese restaurant on Borough High Street. It's called The Climbers by Ofra Zimbalista. Three blue men, each with a different musical instrument.
