It's still summer in The Centre, Milton Keynes

Where the is grass today the plan shows the ice rink. Astroturf is laid so that the deckchairs have something appropriate on which to rest. I suppose they could have put sand down but that would have been more mucky. For my extra I've used a photograph one of the car parks (EMPTY). When the centre opened the parking was free and always well used. The car parks have now been handed over to NCP and if you want to park anywhere close to The Centre it will set you back £2 per hour. I don't understand the economics of empty car parks, it must surely influence the foot fall in the shops. The Centre certainly didn't appear that busy especially as it was a Saturday
