Guggenheim glory

The third of seven backblips.... slowly does it.

After an early departure from the hotel, we wandered together along the River Nervion past the Guggenheim to Deusto University, the site of the conference. It's hard to take in the scale and  nature of this magnificent "beast" (or is it a boat). It's hard to photograph. But easy to gawp at.

Busy day at the conference - attending a couple of sessions, and acting as chair in another. Plenty of networking - of course! After another reception, Mr A and I repaired, with our friend J, to our favourite cafe by the white bridge (see tomorrow's blip).
