Da Yard

It was a sunny start to the day and then it clouded over later, but there has been sunny spells in the afternoon. 

Short staffed at work in the museum today but thankfully it's not been as busy as it was yesterday!  We have had Mootie Moose on, our monthly preschool club and a good turn out.  Skerries school was due in, but 100% of the children were off sick today, the school only has one child :) 
It's been a relaxing evening at home.  I've been out checking on the northern lights but nothing so far.  They've been good the last few nights.  My night off and the skies have cleared, will keep checking :)

Mam's veg is fairly coming at now :)  This is part of the veg patch, kale, tatties, carrots, peas, beetroot etc.  I even have a row on the right of Shetland Black Tatties, yum, can't wait for them :)  Those pesky caterpillars seem to have been kept away this year too, well done mam, the hard work has paid off :)  Taken at Aith, Cunningsburgh.
