Rhubarb

The Friday Challenge on Flickr was 'I made it' but the result of what I made with this, Rhubarb & Custard Cake, though very tasty, is very unphotogenic! 

I'm not sure how the version in the recipe photo looks so sturdy as surely adding custard to the mix was always going to be very much on the moist side! 

Stella shared a little rhubarb with me too :) 

She gave me a little worry this morning by having one of her funny turns while I was getting ready to go to work. I got her settled before I left (late) and she was fine when Mum & Dad popped by mid-morning and happy as Larry when I got home at lunchtime! Just a blip. Phew :)
