Sewing Day

Sugar and I had a nice quiet Saturday morning.  We woke up together in my bed, and had a nice snuggle.  Then we headed on out to our sewing room for some sewing good time.  Sugar made a cute little bunny hat for a tiny little guest that is coming to see us next weekend.  Then she start on a really delightful little purse.....but we got hungry, so we headed into the house for some late lunch.  

A phone call came from a friend who was having some car trouble in a nearby town, and wondered if we could come her way in case she and her girls needed a ride home.  So we were on our way.  We didn't end up being needed, but we had fun anyhow.  We went to the "washed ashore" exhibit and created some art with stuff that has washed up on our beaches.  Then we had fish and chips....and ice cream.  Oh it was yummy...and I was without my camera.....that never happens.

Back home....for a quiet reading snuggle in bed.  Our day came full circle.
