Today...

... I mostly did filing.

Actually, I mostly did emptying files and throwing things away.*

Warm sunny day. There was also some garden planning, including a breakthrough in the location for the garden pond of my dreams. (And a little reflection on the point of my life at which ponds with cascades became the stuff of my dreams.)

The kids bullied me into taking them to the fair... But joy of all joys, it was gone! A lucky escape, especially since CarbBoy has started wanting to go on the scary rides.

* my usual 2 stage throwing out process where stuff sits on the floor for a while so I can reflect on whether I'm really done with it.
