...the Bitterroot Valley which we decided was beautifully sculpted in this morning's breakfast.
To the west are the Bitterroot Mountains with the Sapphire Mountains to the east, the valley running between. Hamilton is a tiny golden dot in the valley (but that might just be pushing the imagination!)

Otherwise known as a Dutch baby and this one served with apple slices cooked in butter and drizzled with maple syrup...yummmmmmm.
