Country wine

Over the years I've made - often to derision of others - a variety of country wines. Today we had our first harvest of grapes to make actual proper wine. Not that I am holding my breath. Quite satisfying though, that all you do is squash the grapes and then you let nature take its course for both sugar and fermentation. Roll on the release of this vintage to the world next Summer.
