So unusual you might say to find a Real Estate Broker who
is prepared to risk a suntan and such glorious scenery to
head for the Atlantic Beach in East Hampton to meet his
customers. "Huck" Esposito seemed a very happy man.
This did not take me entirely by surprise. He would have been
more than happy to engage me with his private portfolio
of achievement but time in such circumstances was
understandably limited. Certainly his office had been
persuaded he was more use on the beach and I was
inclined to agree ! If he was looking to get noticed this
was the spot and this was the automobile!
