A bounty of apples

One of our neighbours got permission to harvest apples from a tree down the road, and he asked us if we wanted some.   Yesterday he and G went to have a look - and G came home with two large buckets full of small but delicious apples.  I'm off to make applesauce for the freezer!   G usually makes it but he's busy trying to fix the leaks in the roof.  I doubt that mine will be as good as his!  :)
Still quite a few apples left on the tree but we have plenty.
