No 180: Chough

We've been for a coastal walk here on Anglesey, from Church Bay, which is the nearest section of the coastal path to where we are staying. It's been overcast and cool, but still very pleasant walking. I was really hoping to see and photograph Choughs here, as it is one of the birds I am not likely to see on home territory, even on the Yorkshire Coast. It was a real thrill to see them on our first day here - good numbers along our route. We saw Buzzards, Stonechat, Kestrel, Oystercatcher and a solitary young Razorbill too, and surprisingly a few butterflies - a couple of blues and a lovely Wall which I will try to add as an extra, although struggling with my signal, if it doesn't upload, it will have to go on Flickr later.
