The big breakfast

"Never eat anything bigger than your own head" is obviously not a rule that squirrels follow. This tenacious little chap had a bit of a struggle getting up the fence with his prize early this morning but he stuck at it. I know this makes three squirrels in a row but since the foxes have only been putting in brief late appearances this may become an increasingly common sight.

A day of blue skies and sunshine, but still quite cold first thing, I should have stayed in bed rather than play tennis as I could barely get a ball over the net - then again I would have missed this shot.
