Frilly opening

Huge red Poppy, there are eight of them and they need to be tied up to canes as they are so heavy, made even heavier when the rain fills them.

I don't know the variety, red, many frilled petals with dark lines at their base, very dark internally, with an eventual large seed pod - any ideas?
