Went to a cafe with my mother.

These two notices let us know that Wi-Fi is available in the cafe, which is provided by two different mobile phone operators in Japan. Each notice itself seems to have been provided by each company, and the upper one is of NTT DOCOMO (an abbreviation of "do communications over the mobile network"), the predominant mobile phone operator in the nation. The company often makes use of its mushroom-like mascot, Dokomodake, as in this notice.
