Morris

Today as I walked through town I heard jingling bells. As it is a bit early for Santa (I know it gets earlier every year!) I realised it must be the day of Lincoln's Morris Dance festival! Sure enough I saw three troupes ready to perform in City Square. 

As I waited I checked my camera ready to begin taking shots and  - oh no! Battery exhausted! So I had to resort to taking shots on my phone, hence the poor quality. I'd checked the battery yesterday too! I must start keeping the spare in my handbag!

Anyway, I quite like Morris Dancing - it looks so much fun! I wouldn't mind a go!

Also it is now confirmed - my boss' last day will be a week today, and the new people will start Monday. That will be a walk into the unknown! I do know the guys, but obviously not what they are like to work for, or even if they will want me to work for them! 

Either way, I am glad that the time of all my life being based on work is almost over and I can do other things again. I will be sad to see my current boss go. He is a real character! I hope he will keep in touch - in fact I will make sure I keep in touch with him!
