Will toothache save me or will I be found out?

Wedding today and I'm plotting my escape from the ceilidh. Genuinely had toothache at the last wedding like this so nipped to the pub for a medicinal whisky. Not sure this is the key to my escapea this time.

Not my teeth BTW. Mouth is a touch to feminine for my gnarly gob.
