Peeping Rabbit
It was a fine calm morning and then the wind picked up and showers came in. It did dry in the afternoon but winds was still blowing. There has been sunny spells this evening, but mixed with some showers too!
It's been a steady morning on the desk in the museum and plenty of folk coming in to get out of the rain. I also have been setting up for events on tomorrow. The afternoon has been in the office and working with photos. We had Gilbert Williamson in today, he donated slides a while back and have been going through names etc with him today.
After tea, I walked over to see friends Iris and Douglas at Anness. I made it there just in time before showers hit, sat down for a while with a cuppa and a yarn before heading home again. Going to nip up to see sister Laura and family later and then a quiet night at home :)
I walked along the Bumpy Road, just up the road from my house and heading towards Anness. Sammy was having a great time sniffing out the rabbits along the way. This peerie rabbit had been out in the field having tea, when we came walking along and he dashed into his burrow. He couldn't help himself but to peep back out to check if Sammy was on the attack or not. Taken at Ayre Park, near Aith, Cunningsburgh.
