I am NOT happy!

So the new modem worked fine until we went to bed. When Kent got up this morning there was no cable so no internet.

I have been out all morning. I got the 6 month reapplication of the protective coating put on my car and than had the hole in one of the washer fluid hoses repaired only to find out my washer fluid pump has now crapped out on me. I then stayed and got that fixed.

I return home to find the new modem doing the self reset over and over on a continuous loop. No matter what I do to try and resolve the issue it remains. So no internet at my house. So frustrating! Ughhhh.
