Blackpool

Seaside on a bank holiday monday!
It was very wet and windy when we set out so we were hopeful the whole world and his dog might not have chosen today to go to Blackpool. Good call! Was quite sunny and very pleasant when we arrived. Not busy at all. Up the tower we went. Lily braved the glass floor :) Diddy had a look down the telescopes but wasn't too keen on being so high up. Then onto the pier for a few rides, fish and chips and candyfloss.

we decided we would return tomorrow for an overnight stay so we can ride the lights....

(not the best bit of planning on our part but what can i say? spontaneous adventures!)
