Track Days!

Early morning interval fun on the track today watching the sun come up.  It's not really a track but rather the red ash border to a football pitch which just happens to be approx. 400m. We call it 'the Lab' and I think it suits our nature as runners - a wee bit rough round the edges, fit for purpose, doesn't take itself too seriously and a lot of fun to be around (and round, and round, and round, and round, and round.....................)!
