..I've been a long time fan of the Tom Morton show that used to be on Radio Scotland. Tom's choice of music matched mine, almost! There was stimulating online chat while his shows were on, and many new "cyber-friends" have been made. The online banter between us would keep us up long after the show had finished (1:00 am!), and we'd continue the show by posting our own favourite songs via you-tube. Our community is still there, but sadly, Tom has given up the show due to ill health. His replacement just doesn't cut the muster I'm afraid..

Erik contacted me a while back as he was coming up to Ullapool for a few days. So today was an opportunity to meet up, a sort of blip meet if you like. Had a good chat, and some food and a drink in the Seaforth. Only spoiled by the lack of Crab claws!

Back home now, and it's turned quite chilly. Windows will be closed, and the fire is burning..
