Highland Coo!

Omg, such an amazing day today! Hired a car with N. and spent the day exploring. First stop was to see two gorgeous Scottish Coo's on the outskirts of Edinburgh - I've always wanted to see a Highland Coo! I had to do some bush bashing and did end up in the middle of an adjacent paddock to get this shot but how could I not??
Next stop was Rosslyn Chapel, followed by an amazing visit to the Scottish Owl Centre. This centre has the largest owl collection in Scotland including Great Grey Owl and Snowy Owl, two of my faves! After the owl centre we finished off the day with a visit to the Falkirk Kelpies - the largest equine sculptures in the world - amazing!
