Redbreasted Robin

Little robin redbreast sat upon a thistle
every time he wagged his tail
he gave a little whistle!

My first glimpse of wild British wildlife whilst walking around Edinburgh Zoo today. Beautiful weather again and heading in to Princes Street tonight to watch the fireworks from Edinburgh Castle!
