Secrets

Locked up in a neat wooden box!  For many years high school senior girls (at least in Massachusetts and New Hampshire) were given these little boxes before graduation.  Perhaps a precursor to the "hope chest".  Sumner got this one and used to have a little lock for it.  For many years it held all the notes she had received sneakily passed from her "bestie" through high school.  I wish she hadn't destroyed them, or maybe I'm glad she did!
