2015 Monday -- Favorite Soup Makers

This afternoon was our final Farmers Market for this summer because we return tomorrow to SoCal. So today our focus was soup.

Heather (brunette) and Stephanie (blonde) are a terrific team. The business is really Stephanie's. She is the soup chef. Heather arrives at market time to take care of customers, but Stephanie has spent the morning cooking and preparing the soups. She cooks two flavors every week and she does this on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Each day is at a different location.

I sent Steph a personal message last week asking if she'd make corn chowder this week because it would be our last this summer, and she did. Today the corn chowder sold-out in 6-minutes. Wow!
