Derwentwater

After torrential downpours this morning with rivers of water flowing past the house it was the most beautiful afternoon over at Dodd Wood with a lovely picnic at the summit sat in the sun looking over Bassenthwaite ... no sign of the osprey though.

... more fennel excitement as an extra ... it was like Piccadilly Circus in between the hefty showers this morning.
