Not a Good Sign

On the 23 June the landlady gave a farewell party expecting the contracts to be exchanged that week.

After the would be purchaser missed that deadline, and another couple, the Bull has gone back on the market and the 'for sale' sign put back up. Quite a surprise to say the least, and very disappointing as we have been without a pub for nine weeks now.  Mind you the contingency plan has been working well.  Supermarket booze is a fraction of the any pub price, and we didn't leave The Manor until 1.30 this morning .  .  .
