Playing With Drop Shadows

After being inspired by Mr H to experiment with ‘drop shadows’ I got a little more adventurous to see what I could do with a cut out subject.
 
My first attempt using Wednesday’s photo worked ok but the tomatoes did not lead to clean lines so I set out afresh today with a different subject.  A few pointers from Mrs W in finding the controls (in PS) to adjust the shadow, and here are my first attempt(s) at drop shadows actually through an object, in this case a floating essential oil burner.  The two extras have the light source in different directions, and different coloured shadows.
