Beauty among the thorns

No room for HH today :-(  We phoned the hospital after lunch, as we hadn't heard, and I was about to have a rest, assuming I'd be at the hospital tonight. They said there were no rooms available yet, so our daughter went to the hospital for visiting hour and I had the rest anyway. Now I'm waiting for her to come back and report, but she has probably dropped in to see a friend - either that, or he's moving after all and she has stayed to help!

He'll be very weak and need lots of physio when he gets home - there's not a scrap of muscle left on him, poor chap.

Stop press - Just heard that our daughter stuck her toes in and got him a room - off to hospital now!
