Thank god the Suns out!

Thank the lord, the sun decided to shine today. Me and Mum could enjoy Jersey in the sun. We decided to head to St. Quens bay and walk down the long stretch of beach. It was beautiful. Although the air was a little breezy, the Sun was beaming so it was really nice to spend some time on the beach and walk down the coast.

Our next stop was St. Aubins. A lovely town with a beautiful harbour. We walked along checking out all the boats and stopped off at the pub for a drink, which looked out onto the sea and the harbour. It was lovely.

We the headed back to St. Helier for some lunch and some last minute shopping. We had the nicest fish and chips in a lovely little restaurant before heading off to the shops.

Once we were all tired out, we sat in the square, and had a wippy icecream before catching the boat back to Granville.

Dad and John were at Granville waiting to pick us up and we drove back to Grandmas. The 80th birthday celebrations started tonight. Everyone had arrived by the time we got back so we spent the evening with all the guests. A great day!
