Harvest

Interesting bike ride today. The good weather persuaded me to set off in the morning. However I had not appreciated the strength of the wind and so spent the first part of the ride struggling into a headwind.

Encountered a group of metal detectors who were surveying a ploughed field. Then as I pulled up to take this harvest shot a car pulled up. Two men then released a basket of homing pigeons.

As I arrived back in Pickering I just missed a group of Morris Dancers who had been performing.
