What's In A Name?

This is part of a exhibition* consisting of many rabbit headed figures (too much Donnie Darko before bedtime).  And I think it's fair to say, I'm not at all at all sure what the artist - Sophie Rhyder** - is trying to say here.

You can see 3 rabbit headed figures and three dog like creatures, so how we get from there to Painting Pots as a title is a task a bit beyond me.

Your theories are welcome.

*bizarrely I think the German word fits much better here - eine Ausstellung.
**Looks like an anagram of some Greek character - Hydrohierpes?
