The Track to the Shore Road

18.1C starting with a showery morning then clearing in the afternoon to sunnny sunshine. Light breeze.

Apothecary7's day off. A very showery morning. We went into Dundee to both the main M&S shop and on the way back to the car to the Simply Food. Then on the way home we stopped off at Broughty Ferry and went to the Oxfam shop to see if we could find a book or two.

Apothecary7, Maeve and I went for a walk after lunch when it was much brighter and the last of the showers was gone. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. We came back along the cycle path then carried on round in a long loop heading into Carnoustie and up the main road before turning along for home. As we walked we saw harvested fields here and there.

Maeve has been out in the garden this afternoon.
