Ghandi

Ghandi is a large white pit bull. Yes, a Pit Bull, and he makes no excuses for his breed or his looks! Ghandi was rescued from a dog fighting ring and was intensely rehabilitated. He gets along well with both two-footeds and four-footeds at the dog park. I've only seen him be a gentle, big, drooly guy. After strolling around and playing a bit, Ghandi heads for the dog park's gates to the parking lot. The story is that his mom buys one, just one, donut on their way to the park. The donut stays in the car and when it's time to go home she breaks the treat in half, some for Ghandi and the rest for his sister, Wannie. This routine pretty much guarantees that Ghandi will eagerly await getting back in the car to head home. So...if you take a look at my 'extra' photo you'll see Ghandi waiting very patiently at the gate for his mom. Yes, he's waiting at the 'entrance' gate and not the 'exit' gate but hey...close enough! :) So, this is Ghandi...today's 'Cutie at the Dog Park'!
